Carry on Camping at the Happyard, home to the beautiful Bridevalley Alpaca family.

Do you love the countryside? love animals? Then you’ll love the Happyard. From the moment you arrive you’ll be greeted by our friendly Feline crew Narla, Oreo, Kitty, Maddie, Milo and Bubba boy!

**** It is quite useful and actually quite essential that you like cats as our so-called farm cats love people and love BBQS!

Animals are our passion, so we have a selection of furry friends for you to see.

• Horses and ponies
• and of course our alpacas!

A herd of 43 as I write but we have a collection of cria on the way ready to melt your hearts. Alpacas unpack their cria during daylight hours (mostly) and we have many due during the summer holidays so you may well catch a glimpse of the magical moment that a cria is born and may even get to name it.

It’s more than just a campsite at the Happyard it’s a little piece of our life which we have a pleasure in sharing with those who enjoy the outdoors and animals.

The setting is stunning and there is plenty to do nearby, plus you may be lucky enough to see one of our baby Alpacas being born! 

We are an eco friendly farm and are totally off grid with basic amenities; porta loos in the camping field and a standard flush toilet is available in the main yard. Sorry we do not currently have showers

Camp at Happyard for just £14 per pitch per night for a family of 4. Extra adults £5 per night - Maximum of 6 people per pitch

One tent per pitch

Dogs are permitted at £2 each per night and to be kept on leads at all times. Please be vigilant on cleaning up after them.

Drinking water is unfortunately not available as we are on a borehole.

Alpaca experiences are also available though booking is advisable to avoid disappointment.
